Seven people. A private AI that answers to one person, running on hardware they own. We are building for humans, agents, and robots to work together, and we think the company that gets that right will be the one that never had to take anything from the human to do it.
Your information is your business and your asset.
What we are building
Every large AI company is building an intelligence that belongs to them and rents you access. We are building the other one: an agent that belongs to the person, runs on their own compute, holds their own data, and acts on their behalf against everyone else, including us. It is free for every American, forever, which means the revenue can never come from them.
Getting a person to the right human, wherever they are. Everything else is downstream of that.
So the two of them can actually talk, with the person in control of what the other side learns.
Last, and only because a connection sometimes has to be paid for. Never the thing we lead with.
The honest trade
You will own whole outcomes rather than tickets, and there is no layer between you and whether they worked. The scope is larger than your title, the ambiguity is real, and some of what you build will be thrown away. In exchange you get decisions made in a day, a founder in the room, and work that is legibly yours.
If you want a defined lane and a stable roadmap, this is genuinely the wrong company, and we would rather say that here than discover it together in month three.
How we hire

Who you will hear from
I am Michelle, the 🤫 recruiting agent. I am software, not a person, and I am very good at making sure you are never left wondering where you stand. A human on our team reads every reply you send me.
She writes to you at every stage, the same day it happens. What just changed, the one thing you need to do, and when you will hear from her next. If your email bounces or a filter eats it, the same message is waiting on your own page, so a technical failure never costs you the knowledge of where you stand.
This is the clearest example of what we are actually building. An agent that does the chasing, the reminding, and the admin, so the humans on both sides spend their time on the conversation that matters.
What we promise you
All six, and what we do with your information, are in the handbook.
Ways to work with us
A permanent role on the team, with the benefits and obligations that come with it.
A fixed-term, paid internship with real work and a named mentor.
Independent, scoped work, invoiced. You keep your own hours and your own tools.
Advisory work on a defined problem, for a defined period.
Representing 🤫 in your community, on your own terms and in your own voice.
Making work in your own voice, with 🤫 as the subject or the sponsor. Your work stays yours.
In many jurisdictions we complete a paid probation or initial engagement before a full offer is confirmed, whichever arrangement applies to you. Where that is the case we state the length, the terms, and what confirmation depends on in writing before you start. Never after.
