Required

Solutions or value engineering in transportation, manufacturing, or logistics
You quantify ROI in a way a sceptical CFO accepts
You design the solution as well as the business case, and can defend both
You bridge customer operations and product, translating in both directions

Nice to have

You have built a value-engineering practice or a reusable model
An engineering or operations research background
Experience with industrial data

What winning looks like

Win rate on value-led deals
Quantified ROI accepted by buyers
Solution reuse across accounts
