About hussh
The personal agent the internet was supposed to give us β and the architecture required to finally build it.
OUR STORY
A promise born from harm
hussh began with a single promise: your consent will be required, not assumed.
In 2021, someone became me.
They had my Social Security number, my driver's license, the answers to security questions a stranger should not have known, and just enough access to my bank to wire away pieces of a life I had not finished building. My family was harmed before I knew anything had happened. No bank, no bureau, no app, no agency thought to tell me β until the damage was already done.
That morning ended my career as a polite consumer of the internet. I had spent two decades building AI products at Google, Microsoft, and Splunk β TPUs, Vertex AI, Azure ML, developer platforms. I had helped pour the foundations of the very systems that knew me intimately and protected me casually. The asymmetry was not a bug. It was the business model.

THE FOUNDER
Manish Sainani
Two decades building AI infrastructure at Google, Microsoft, and Splunk β TPUs, Vertex AI, Azure ML, developer platforms. The asymmetry between what platforms know about people and what people can do about it became impossible to ignore.

Your consent, not assumed
If anyone β a company, a clerk, a contractor, an algorithm β touches your private data, you will be told. Your consent will be required, not assumed. Your agent will not work for them. Your agent will work for you.

Your personal agent
Like a fountain pen, a passport, or a wedding ring β singular, intimate, accountable to no one but the person who owns it.
The arrow, inverted.
Most βAI assistantsβ are agents of the platform that built them. They pretend to serve you while reporting upward. The Hussh One inverts that arrow. The platform is yours. The keys are yours. The receipts are yours.
It connects with you, collects information about you from the world, organizes it for you, and β only then β makes that information accessible to the people, agents, and machines you trust. Twenty-four hours a day. Seven days a week. Four seasons style.
Connects with you
Your agent learns your context β not to sell you things, but to serve you better. Every connection is consensual.
Organizes your world
Your information, collected and structured under your control. Accessible when you need it, invisible when you don't.
Protects what matters
Zero-knowledge architecture. hussh routes and verifies. It does not read what your One remembers.
Yours to own
Pause, export, or end your One. It leaves with you. No lock-in, no hostage data.
WHY IT MATTERS
The internet owes us this
For twenty years, the deal was: we get free things, they get our data. We told ourselves it was a fair trade. It was not.
Identity theft
Twenty years of free-things-for-data. The bill arrives later β stolen identities, manipulated feeds, opaque decisions.
Surveillance as climate
Children grow up assuming surveillance is the air they breathe. Every click, search, and conversation becomes a signal someone else profits from.
Asymmetry
Platforms know everything about you and owe you nothing. AI agents will compound this asymmetry by an order of magnitude.
Consent, never asked
Every brand, government, and employer will ship agents. They will negotiate on your behalf β without you in the loop, on terms set by the party that owns the agent.
AI agents will compound this asymmetry.
Every brand, government, and employer will soon ship an agent. These agents will negotiate with one another on our behalf β without us in the loop, on terms set by the party that owns the agent. hussh exists so the agent in that conversation is yours.
